Vegan Green Bee is the vision of Paulo Scomparini who has spent 30 years working in the hospitality industry understanding customers and their needs. Through his work with restaurants Paulo became aware of the impact that the food service industry has on the environment. On his last venture, Paulo trained and supported 250 staff at bar company in London to achieve the Most Sustainable Bar Company 2019 in The Publican Awards UK and was again nominated for the award in 2020.
BE A LITTLE MORE VEGAN EVERY DAY
During Covid-19, Paulo researched veganism and flexitarianism with the goal of launching a company with a vegan lifestyle product offering that would appeal to people aiming to be a little more vegan every day.
