Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your product from Vegan Green Bee should you wish to return it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt/proof of purchase. Don’t worry your receipt will have been sent automatically to the email you registered when you made the original purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you that we will be initiating your refund. The refund will be made to your original method of payment. You’ll then receive your money back within 5 working days from the date we receive the returned product.

Shipping
You must ensure shipping costs are paid before returning the product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
